FireMaple is pleased to provide free standard delivery on purchases of 64 GBP or more inside the United Kingdom. Please check back periodically with us as we plan to expand our shipping locations in the near future.

- FREE Shipping: Orders over ￡64 qualify for free shipping within the United Kingdom.
- Processing Time: 1-3 working days
- Shipping Time: 2-15 working days -- depends on shipping service.
- Special Shipping Fee: Saturn Gas Stove and related products will incur an additional 5 GBP shipping fee.

Due to customs and logistics, a few may require a few extra days (up to 7) for processing. Rest assured, we do our best to get every order out as fast as possible!

Please note that these shipping estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. We cannot refund shipping charges due to delays caused by shipping companies.

If you order more than one item, we try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on firemaple.co.uk and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and your shipping location. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
3. CHANGING ADDRESS
If you receive an email notification that the shipment has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be modified.If you have not received an email notification of the shipment, please contact contact@fire-maple.com to confirm that the address can be changed.
4. DISCOUNT AND COUPONS
Discount codes or coupons cannot be stacked.
5. LOST PACKAGES
If you have a lost or missed packages, please contact us at contact@fire-maple.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected. Please note, Firemaple is not responsible for lost or unreceived orders caused by a customer's address entry error.
6. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged within 14 days after receipt. Email us and take a picture of the items you received at contact@fire-maple.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
