2nd time a charm

1st fire maple heat exchanger 600ml pot arrived super fast shipping. My bozo move was all MY fault.I started up my Soto Windmaster stove full blast placed bare pot on stove and was reading meal bag directions. I looked down into empty pot and I had blown/melted a hole Thru bottom of empty pot exchanger. I reordered my 2nd pot firemaple heat exchanger pot 600ml . It arrived in record time again. This time I make sure my liquid is ALWAYS in pot before stove is lite. I used this pot over 5 days Thru hike Isle Royale September 2024 and it worked flawlessly. My Soto Windmaster stove with tri flex feet nests inside along with 100g canister, lighter, toaks collapsable spoon,fork,knife, inside firemaple pot. Lid and handle snap down to keep everything tightly together. More then impressed with this set up. I would recommend this to other people to purchase. BONUS NOTE: NEVER heat up any pot without liquid in it first. My trail mistake to pass on ! 🤦‍♂️

Perfect ulnpot

We used this pot while canoe camping in Algonquin Park. It was light and when used with a Firemaple canister stove it was extremely fast and efficient. I loved having a built in handle. This is now my go to set up!

Great Pot

I really like being able to store the fuel, stove, stand, folding spoon and fork, instant coffee packets and cleaning cloth all inside the pot. Heats water fast. Pot is nice and stable. Very happy with my purchase.

Petrel G3 is fantastic

Excellent pot. Fits my Soto Windmaster perfectly and the best thing is it's fantastic in the wind when other stoves can't even boil water in wind over 5mph, the Petrel is still working fine.

A great pot

I waited for awhile to purchase a cook system, my son and I go with other father/sons. And I watched lots of sons eating, then dad's cleaning pots so they could cook. At this price point and size we purchased two of them and they are a great size for a meal.

The only flaw I see is the handle doesn't fold up tight enough to snuggly hold the lid. Also the stove fully opened leaves the flame a bit far from the heat exchanger so it took a few tries to get it right.

A night in Deam Wilderness.

Was able to use the 600ml pot the following weekend after receiving it. My college aged grandson and I hiked the copehollow trail in the Charles Deam wilderness. Worked like a charm. Boiled 2cups of water in about a minute. Saving pickup time, and fuel consumption. Winner in both categories. Making it a winner. I was using it with my msr pocket rocket. It's
